When your kids list names of who is going to be somewhere with them pay close attention to the last names. They're the important ones! Even though Evan's strategy was to try and bookend them to sneak em thru.  These kids are smart.

We then went deep for a few minutes and talked about making a list of yes and no's to measure prospective dates by. Reds are no-no's, yellows are learn more and green is go.

We had to have these guys on because Brad rocks a man-bun every day and Micah believes that man-buns are a no-no. Brad defended his position very well and Micah supported the idea that it's a trendy move even though he no way recommends it. The key is timing!

So we then jumped to college and how they score who gets accepted. Is the way they choose students out dated and needs a change or is it still the correct way. Is a students hunger for a chance more important than their high school and SAT scores?

Do parents have different hopes and standards for their daughters compared to sons? Zoe and Evan had great input and Freedom got defensive. :)  Always an interesting topic as children and parents see it different and also boys and girls are equal but yet created different. What's your thoughts on this. We'd love to hear.

Freedom then went deep and asked Evan if your attitude is a choice? This can be debated either way but Freedom and Evan both agree that attitude is a choice though recognizing that it's harder to control for some.

Freedom finished off this episode teaching Evan how to buy $1 million for $580,000. Compounding interest pays if you use it for you and not against you. Cha ching!

The main course of this podcast is all about being appreciated and loved. We all want to have the feeling of being valued but yet when we say our honest need for it, it seems to knock down our manliness and can give a false sense of weakness. Why is it that we are perceived to be needy or dependent when we are open about wanting to be loved? Makes no sense. We love open communication without judgement.

Evan talked about one of his heroes Donald Miller and why he looks up to him. Freedom touched on the time in his life that his hero was Donald Trump and to what extent he went to try to get around him. This is a fascinating topic that affects us all.
